Indonesia says it is ready to accept some Gaza residents
In Uzbekistan, employees of budgetary organizations working in regions with unfavorable natural and climatic conditions are paid a bonus based on their length of service. This procedure is established in a special regulation approved by a government resolution.
The regulation covers budget organizations in the cities of Uchkuduk and Zarafshan in Navoi region, Nurabad in Samarkand region, and Zafarabad in Konimeh district, Gazeta.uz reports.
The following bonuses have been established for employees working in these regions, based on their length of service:
An employee with up to 3 years of experience receives a bonus of 0.25 percent of the salary, an employee with 3 to 5 years of experience receives 0.5 percent, and a specialist with more than 5 years of experience receives 0.75 percent.
This bonus will apply not only to employees in budgetary organizations, but also to employees who previously worked in the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine, Navoiyuran and their funds, and then transferred to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
