The presidential decree will increase the decision-making independence of ministries and departments. This will reduce bureaucratic processes and expand opportunities for them to operate proactively.
A list of issues regulated by government resolutions, departmental documents, and documents of local government bodies is established.
Now, agencies can adopt regulatory legal acts within the framework of their authority to independently regulate their respective fields.
