According to the document, if government officials illegally interfere in the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations, they will be fined from 7 to 10 times the minimum wage. Also, citizens who violate the procedure for collecting sponsorship donations will be fined from 3 to 5 times the minimum wage, and officials will be fined from 5 to 7 times the minimum wage.

According to the new regulations, sponsorship donations are made for a predetermined period of time, specifically for the benefit of the beneficiaries. Donations in cash are collected only through donation boxes. The boxes must be sealed in accordance with the law. Transfers from a bank account are made in cases specified by law.
