This morning, Russia launched two ballistic missiles at the center of the city of Sumy in Ukraine.


The regional military administration said cluster munitions were also used in the attack.


According to the latest reports, 32 people, including two children, were killed and 84 injured in the attack.


Among the injured are 10 children.


The BBC Ukrainian service reported that the strikes targeted residential buildings, educational institutions and parking lots.


In particular, the Congress Center of Sumy State University was also hit.


Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called the attack "a terrible blow from Russian ballistic missiles against the people of Sumy."
