Ramzan Kadyrov warns Uzbek leadership of 'wake-up call'
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has warned the Uzbek leadership about a "wake-up call" supported by Western media. According to Kadyrov, these information attacks are aimed at destabilizing the political situation within the Uzbek president's circle.
Kadyrov noted on his Telegram channel that the "Chechen trace" version is actively being spread in this information war. He expressed his reaction to the assassination attempt on two Uzbek officials, Komil Allamjonov and Dmitry Liga, and denied rumors of links to the Chechen leadership.
The leader of the North Caucasus Republic said that the goal of such plots is to "split the good team" of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. At the same time, he stressed that those who organized the campaign against Chechnya will certainly be held accountable.
Reports of an assassination attempt on Allamjonov emerged last fall, when two unknown individuals reportedly opened fire on him. Later, Dmitry Li was also mentioned as a victim of such an attack. Kadyrov, in this regard, called "fighting rumors" the main task of the president's entourage.
