16 soldiers killed in terrorist attack in Pakistan
A military checkpoint near the border with Afghanistan was attacked in the town of Makin, in the South Waziristan region of northwestern Pakistan.
According to the information released by the Pakistani army's public relations department, 16 soldiers were killed in the attack. During the attack, the army responded quickly and eliminated 8 terrorists.
